Refund policy

We hope, of course, that you are happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return your order within 14 days of receiving it.

As Wereldwinkel Zoetermeer is run entirely by volunteers, we kindly ask you to contact us first at info@wereldwinkelzoetermeer.nl. We can often find a suitable solution together.

To return a product, we ask that you return it complete, undamaged and in its original packaging.

The cost of returning the product is the responsibility of the customer.

Opened or damaged packages of coffee, tea, chocolate and other food products cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene and food safety.

After receiving and inspecting the returned items, we will refund the purchase price as soon as possible, and no later than 14 days after we have received your notice of withdrawal
