We will send you an email as soon as your order is ready for collection.
Delivery
We ship orders to:
- The Netherlands
- Belgium
- Germany
Orders are dispatched within one working day after payment has been received. Delivery will then take place according to PostNL's usual delivery times.
The current shipping costs will be clearly displayed during checkout before you place your order.
Would you like your order delivered outside the Netherlands, Belgium or Germany? Please contact us in advance at info@wereldwinkelzoetermeer.nl. We will be happy to discuss the options with you and let you know the shipping costs and expected delivery time in advance.
Out of stock
Although we manage our stock carefully, in exceptional cases a product may no longer be available. If this happens, we will contact you as soon as possible. You can then choose between:
- a refund of the purchase price; or
- where possible, a suitable alternative
